Corporate Privacy Policy
Last revised: October 2026 • Effective for all global enterprise engagements
1. Executive Summary & Commitment to Sovereignty
Teju Agency ("Teju", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a high-performance corporate engineering and artificial intelligence consultancy. We recognize that our enterprise clients entrust us with mission-critical systems, proprietary workflows, and institutional data assets. We maintain an uncompromising policy of absolute data sovereignty, end-to-end encryption, and full non-disclosure for all client information.
2. Zero Model-Training on Client Data
Under no circumstances is proprietary client data, business logic, codebase, or transactional telemetry used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public, third-party, or foundational machine learning models without express, written bilateral consent.
When deploying Large Language Model (LLM) agents or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, queries are executed via private enterprise tenant endpoints with strict zero-data-retention (ZDR) guarantees or on air-gapped on-premises hardware.
3. Categories of Information Collected
- Business Contact Data: Name, corporate email address, corporate telephone number, organization name, and technical project scope submitted through our architecture consultation forms.
- Technical Infrastructure Telemetry: Anonymized performance telemetry required strictly to diagnose network health, prevent malicious threats, and ensure high availability of our digital endpoints.
- Engagement Deliverables: Architectural diagrams, schema specifications, and code repositories shared under executed bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
All custom software architecture, microservices, database schemas, and AI agent logic engineered for clients are transferred with 100% full Intellectual Property (IP) ownership to the client upon completion of milestones. Teju claims no lingering patent, licensing, or royalty stakes over bespoke deliverables.
5. Data Retention, Encryption & Access Controls
All client communications and architectural artifacts stored on Teju systems are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is limited strictly on a need-to-know basis to designated senior engineering personnel assigned to the client account.
Upon contract conclusion or formal client request, all temporary development caches, test schemas, and non-archival copies are securely purged in compliance with DoD 5220.22-M sanitization standards.
6. Global Compliance & Inquiries
Our operational protocols align with GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), and international cross-border data transfer mandates. For inquiries regarding data protection officers, audit certifications, or contractual data processing agreements (DPAs), contact our legal and security desk:
